mars f590edb77f Render a triangle!
- Refactor `RenderPass` and `RenderPassBox` APIs
- Add basic `mesh_shader.wgsl`
- Decouple `MeshLayoutBindingIndices` from `MeshLayoutBindings`
- Create `MeshPass` render pipeline
- `MeshPass` creates an example mesh
- `MeshPass` flushes `MeshPool`
- `MeshPass` actually draws meshes
