Interestingly, attempting to compile and run ./cmd/stepd crashes
the Go compiler (Chimera, v1.23.3). Unknown line number, nil panic.

This should actually make migration from Caddy easier, because
Caddy's YAML front matter seems to support quoted strings? IDK,
the current Holanet has them. Closes #11
