Given the prevalence of generative "AI" tools such as GitHub Copilot which are of questionable ethicacy and legality regarding copyright I think it's worth banning it outright within Bonsai. This seems to be a common move among to whomever Cisco vends and the Gentoo Linux project has also done so.

There's no need to discriminate against life forms that aren't carbon based such as silicon life or extraterrestrial intelligence and this issue does not intend to do so. Generative "AI" heedlessly recycles code it's seen and lacks the basic mindfulness necessary to contribute to Bonsai. Please speak up here or e-mail a Bonsai contributor if you believe you as an individual may be prevented from contributing by this guideline.
